8th - 16th October - South Hill Gallery Goulburn
On Saturday 8th October Elizabeth Charles opened The Mandala Suites exhibition at the South Hill Gallery, Goulburn.
The Exhibition was well attended. It was really inspiring with a large variety of diverse works on display.
This is the first time I have actually seen Marianne's work 'up close and personal' and it was an incredible experience to see the real work on the walls. The display was executed so well by the gallery. The opening was such a personal and friendly event with everyone in agreement that Marianne's new digial work is a stunning example of what can be achieved in the digital environment.
The traditional collagraph prints were absolutely amazing examples of texture, detail and quality. I wanted to go do a course with Marianne right then. The students she has at TAFE in Goulburn are certainly at an advantage with such an inspiring artist to instruct them.

The exhibition contained 2 distinct forms of work; a Digital Process and the more traditional collagraph plate print.
